All the valuation and appraisal reports are prepared in accordance with Appraisal Guidelines and Formats from International Society of Appraisers (ISA). The report also conforms to The Appraisal Foundation's Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). We guarantee:
- We offer impartial and professional services. We don't work as an advocate for clients;
- The valuation or appraisal fee is charged based on the hours of work, not contingent to market value of an artwork. You don't have to worry overpay for your most valuable collections;
- We do not disclose client information;
- We declare to you, at the very beginning of an assignment, whether we possess the necessary skills and knowledge to complete an appraisal. If we need professional assistance from another appraiser, we will let you know before we proceed;
- We declare the Scope of Work in our appraisal report. This includes the artwork examined, the type of research and analysis necessary to reach a credible conclusion;
- We recognise the local law and public policy. We comply to statute law, applicable case law, or local ordinances in local jurisdiction.
